As we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case we do not accept responsibility for any defects that may exist, or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to access or use our services.
1.2 Our services are provided without any warranties or guarantees unless specifically stated.
1.3 Your dealings with, and interest in, internet promotions, services, or merchants, unless explicitly stated by us, are solely between you and the person with whom you are dealing. Cornwall Internet Limited will not be responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from any such dealings.
1.4 We may provide links to other web sites or resources. We cannot be deemed to have endorsed the content of such web sites or resources and are unable to accept any responsibility for them.
1.5 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access or use of our services for any reason.

2. Your obligations to us

2.5 You agree that the material and content contained within or provided by our web site may not be redistributed commercially or otherwise without our permission. Your use of our services carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights in Cornwall Internet or Cornwall Internet Limited.
