In general, and in the absence of hardware faults and computer
viruses, modern internet software is quite reliable. If problems
do occur they can frequently be fixed simply by powering down
the computer and restarting it. If that fails the Cornwall
Internet configuration software (see below) may be used, if you
use a Windows operating system, to reconfigure your Internet
connection and email.

The Cornwall Internet configuration software configures (or
reconfigures) internet access and email on computers that use
a Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. The software is included
on most Cornwall Internet setup and update CDs; alternatively
it may be
downloaded from our web site.
